The Speak Up! & Succeed Book Launch
October 1st at the UCLA Faculty Center

Great Success at Nance's Book Launch!

On October 1, 2007, Nance kicked off the launch of her new book, Speak Up! & Succeed: How to get everything you want in meetings, presentations and conversations, on campus at UCLA. Tony Parinello, the nationally renowned sales trainer and radio host, opened the event to an enthusiastic audience of business owners, CEOs, sales managers, sales executives, engineers, trainers and academic faculty from around the world.

Speaking to a capacity crowd, Nance explored a selection of material from her new book and provided guests with an entertaining evening filled with relevant and timely information. Drawing on her trademark concepts: outcome minds, listening traps, the Transformation Channel, Library of Success and the "Seven Reasons Why People Buy," Nance guided the audience through her system of powerful and streamlined communication strategies. Everyone came away with the formula for their very own "Great Opening," the high impact way to introduce yourself and your topic, and then make promises so your audience stays fully engaged in your entire presentation. Your opening sets the stage for you to deliver on your promises and get action from your audience.

Each guest left with a copy of Nance's new book and tips to change their lives in the coming days. The feedback has been fantastic. Within the first day, Nance had already started receiving E-mails from audience members who drafted their "Great Openings." She provided a personal edit to each one, and helped launch their new approach to getting action from their interactions.
